Damn.....My Bad......I Couldnt Help It

A buddy of mines, i wont drop no names lol, told me a story where he did in my opinion was some fucked up shit to another mans lady and he felt really bad about it. All he could say was "Damn..My Bad..I Couldnt Help It Though". Have u ever did somethin fucked up, felt bad about it, but thought damn i couldnt help it? Please comment on this one lol, shit is kinda deep to me.
